You do not need to complete this step when creating the account. However, the ad will not run until you finish. If out of the account creation process before providing this information, you can log in to your account at the time to do so.

If you select a method of post-pay with credit or debit card, the ad will appear on Google immediately after you complete the registration process and enter your billing information:
* Post-pay by direct debit: If you choose this option, we must accept and process power charges before ads start running.
* Prepay: If you prepay for the campaign, the ads will start running after you submit your payment information, and we successfully process your first payment.
