Valve gap adjustment is absolutely must be done against a motorcycle. Intended to maintain the gap (clearance) between the end of the valve stem with the tip of the valve adjustment screws in order to remain compliant. The goal is to obtain optimum engine performance.
Preparation Equipment used:
1. Large screwdriver () and (-) medium
2. Screwdriver (-) Large
3. Lock 'T' (quasi-17mm)
4. Key rings 8-9 mm
5. Tapet lock valve ('L' valve)
6 filler (bar measure)
Step work:
1. Remove the screw cover middle and tebeng wing by using a screwdriver () according to the size of the screw.
2. Open the lid on the block pengetopan magnetic (grooved screwdriver (-) minus big), big and small.
3. Open the lid valve (valve IN (top) and EX valve (bottom)) which exist in the cylinder head is headed lock ring 8 mm.
4. Find a * T * by way of rotating the crank shaft using a quasi-T 17mm key clockwise until you get the 'T' in a straight magnet with an adjustment in a magnetic block.
5. Make sure both valves in a position to shake free.)
6. Perform measurement gap filler valve by inserting a gap between the valve and bolt setter
7. If the filler into the gap, and the puller can not be pushed towards the front, but when pulled can without leaving scratch marks on the valve gap filler is good (standard)
8. If point 7 is not happening, lakukukan following steps:
»Loosen a little nuts valve setter with a key ring 9 mm while holding the bolt setter valve with key 'L' suits valve.
»Enter the puller into the slit valve and valve sets by rotating suits to get a crack valve in accordance with the provisions if the puller can not be encouraged but if pulled puller can move without leaving a trace on the puller.
»Having obtained the standard gap, hold the bolts and tighten the nut setter valve valve with a key ring binders 9 mm.
»Check back slit the spigot to ensure that the valve has been adjusted properly.
»Having obtained the proper adjustment of the valve cap back and make sure the correct bolt tightening.
»Replace the cover body reverse the order of demolition.
